Potato flour
- Commodity name: Potato flour
- Description
-
Potato flour is a type of dehydrated potato product. It is made from fresh potatoes that are washed, peeled, selected, sliced, rinsed, pre-cooked, cooled, steamed, mashed, and then dehydrated and dried to produce fine granules, flakes, or powder, collectively referred to as potato flour.
Using potato flour as the raw material, and through scientific formulation with the addition of appropriate nutritional components, a variety of nutritious, multi-flavor convenience foods can be made, such as snowflake breakfast porridge, meat rolls, biscuits, milk potato flour, meat patties, meatballs, dumplings, and crispy magic flakes. Potato flour can also be used as an "additive" to make cold drinks, convenience foods, puffed foods, and foods for special populations (such as those with hyperlipidemia, diabetes, the elderly, women, and children).
