The tubers are oval, large and uniform, with deep purple skin that is smooth and shallow eyes. The flesh is deep purple, with an anthocyanin content of 48.4 mg/100g (fresh tuber), and the antioxidant activity is higher than that of general varieties, with high yield potential.
