Tuber formation is concentrated, with an average of 7 tubers per plant. The tuber shape is long oval, flesh color is purple, dormancy period of the tuber is moderate, and it is storage-resistant. The plant is not resistant to late blight and moderately resistant to viral diseases. The anthocyanin content is 18.7 mg/100 g (fresh tuber), total phenol content is 114.5 mg/100 g (fresh tuber), and starch content is 12%~14%. It has excellent steaming and processing quality.
