Varietal Characteristics
From seedling to harvest is about 95 days. The plant type is upright, with a strong growth vigor. The plant height is 65 cm, stem color is purple with green, leaf color is dark green, and flower crown is white. The skin is purple, the tuber skin is smooth, and the eyes are relatively shallow. Tuber formation is concentrated, with an average of 7 tubers per plant. The tuber shape is long oval, flesh color is purple, dormancy period of the tuber is moderate, and it is storage-resistant. The plant is not resistant to late blight and moderately resistant to viral diseases. The anthocyanin content is 18.7 mg/100 g (fresh tuber), total phenol content is 114.5 mg/100 g (fresh tuber), and starch content is 12%~14%. It has excellent steaming and processing quality. The yield potential is high.
