Potato flake
Potato flake is a kind of dehydrated potato products. Using fresh potato as raw materials, after washing, peeling, trimming, slicing, rinsing, pre-boiling, cooling, cooking, mashing, and dehydrating, the fine granular, flake or powdery products are called as mashed potatoes.
